Flash to HTML5 Conversion

Similarly, many organizations that have created their courses in Flash are in process of converting these courses to HTML5. It is not necessary that the conversion to HTML5 is done only to make the courses mobile responsive but HTML5 courses can effectively work on desktop. However, a responsive HTML5 course can ensure that your content is usable again and increase ease of access.

Client Requirement: We need to understand the client objective for converting the course. We also need to know if the client is just looking to migrate to a new technology or would like us to work on redesigning the course.

Adding Value: While converting the courses, we can add value to make existing content rich and/or also update the content if required. Instructional Designer can review and scrutinize the existing content and suggest changes to address concerns such as user experience, learning experience, better retention, performance gain and so on.

Finalize The Target Devices: We discuss with the clients and take their confirmation on target devices on which the converted HTML5 course should run – both tablets and/or smart phones and prepare the testing plan accordingly.
